EFT is a powerful and easy to learn self-help tool to practise when you need stress relief, feel overwhelmed, get anxious or panicky. It is non-invasive, safe, applicable to any emotional upset and, due to the mind-body connection, also to many physical issues.
When used in therapy sessions with a skilled practitioner, EFT will be tailored to your specific situation and is a safe and gentle method of addressing and unravelling deep sitting beliefs, habits and trauma.
